HEAD OF SECURITY

We are looking for an experienced leader with a background in security department management, a basic understanding of legislation, fluent English language skills, and the ability to streamline departmental tasks and contribute to the company's security objectives.
In this role, you will have to combine the responsibility of managerial and security aspects at the middle or senior management level.
Furthermore, you should be a professional with a responsibility to support and take part in risk analysis, performance management and control, while ensuring security and compliance for the region.

The focus areas are: Technical Security Services, Physical Security, Crisis Management and Business Continuity processes

Key performance and responsibilities:

• Management of the security department (approximately 100 employees)
• Handling tasks related to methodology and professional activities to ensure security protection
• Conducting internal audits and quality control
• Ensuring compliance with security protection and monitoring in accordance with legislation
• Providing professional training and assessing employees
• Collaborating with other departments in the field of security protection
• Responsibility for the management, repair, maintenance, and servicing of security equipment, servers, evaluation workstations, and security networks
• Responsibility for the management, repair, and maintenance of access and camera systems
• Monitoring the development of new technologies and technical devices
• Security projects
• Collaborating on the creation and updating of internal and international standards
• Organizing and managing employees' work in the event of a crisis, ensuring coordination of activities and communication with relevant parties in accordance with applicable legislation, internal regulations, and directives
• Ensuring the processing, storage, and archiving of documentation related to service performance and security measures

Requirements:

• Higher Academic education professional level
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant managerial security professional experience
• Broad knowledge and experience with security processes, and concepts in a technical environment
• Excellent command of English
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to maintain a global perspective
