SECURITY MANAGER
In this role, you will have to combine the responsibility of security aspects in a geographical area at the middle or senior management level.
You will have to work closely together with team leads that hold a similar responsibility for other(sub)regions. Furthermore, you should be a professional with a responsibility to support and take part in risk analysis, performance management and control, while ensuring security and compliance for the region.
The focus areas are: Technical Security Services, Physical Security, Anti-Fraud and Investigation, Crisis Management and Business Continuity processes (experience in every field is not necessary)
Key performance and responsibilities:
- Implementation, operation and control of Security policy, strategy, and rules at the Group level
- Management and control of Security professional areas
- Proactive cross-region collaboration
- Development, and support of processes efficiency
- Participation in the implementation of security-relevant projects
- Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency, and ensuring the identified operational Key Risk Indicators are realized
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives aimed at security, productivity, and delivery performance using uniform methods and company standards
- Instilling focus, formulating realistic objectives, managing expectations, and enforcing consequences
Requirements:
- Higher Academic education professional level
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant security professional experience
- Experience in an international working environment
- Broad knowledge and experience with security processes, and concepts in a technical production environment
- Excellent command of English
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to maintain a global perspective
