Business Development Manager

Job for an experienced Business Development Manager in service sales with excellent communication and presentation skills.


  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth in Slovakia.
  • Identifying and contacting potential clients (B2B) according to the defined strategy.
  • Presenting services and solutions to clients and addressing their needs.
  • Sales offers, price estimations and calculations preparation in cooperation with other departments of the company.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Providing regular and ad hoc reports regarding Sales activities
  • Active participation in company projects
  • Representing the company at conferences and fairs


  • University education
  • Logical thinking and good time management
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in selling services or a related field (min. 3 years)
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • English (B2) and Slovak (C2) language proficiency at a communicative level is a must.
  • MS Office (xls, ppt,word) – advanced
