Human Resources Operational Manager (B-1 position)

An interesting work opportunity for an experienced HR manager with experience with HR administration.

Responsibilities:

HR policies and procedures, planning

  • Preparing planning round for HR and holding HR budget, updating and monitoring HR budget forecast, analyzing potential savings etc.
  • Implementing of programs to meet HR requirements supporting short and long term business needs
  • Responsible for total legal correctness of HR – employment contracts, agreements, leaving process, disciplinary procedures, preventive health activities, etc.
  • Responsible for all Internal Directives linked to HR and health and safety

Payroll, Compensations and benefits

  • Assuring that all legal elements from Labor Code, income tax, social and health insurance are in line with requirements
  • Assuring the monthly payroll operations, income tax, etc.
  • Dealing with authorities (Labor Office, Financial Office, auditors) in case of control
  • Initiate, prepare and lead collective bargaining
  • Proposing the most cost/benefit effective solution regarding remuneration of employees
  • Monitoring external labour market
  • Establishing internal and external fairness of rewarding employees
  • Preparing the remuneration round for management for HQ, creating objective motivation programs - variable part of salaries
  • Preparing data for salary increases and annual bonuses for all employees
  • Negotiating with senior management team regarding proper reward plans of their subordinates
  • Analyzing the benefit system and introducing variants of potential social program for employees, proposing the new interesting benefit system e.g. employee financing, car policy, pension schemes, discount benefits, etc.

Recruitment

  • Identifying with Senior management the best way of filling vacancy – internal/external offer (headcount planning)
  • Sharing some employees etc, preparing the most efficient battery for the selection process
  • Interviewing and participating in assessment centers for managerial and expert positions
  • Negotiating and dealing with agencies

Trainings

  • Developing the up to date system for staff dialogue
  • · Preparing the education plan for the whole company with budgets (e.g. new language skills concept, a new concept for management development Implementing e.g. 360degree feedback, development
    centers, coaching, mentoring

Organization structure, job evaluation, job description

  • Conducting job evaluation in case of promoting job to higher grade
  • Reevaluating job in case of a new job profile
  • Adjusting the salary ranges, career path discussion linked
    to succession

HR administration, health program, HR controlling statistics

  • Complete HR administration and payroll
  • Dealing with health institution to monitor

Salary: based on agreement, app 3-4 tis. EUR/Gross+ car

Languages: English- excellent writing and presentation skills

Others Experience and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record min 5 years linked to HR field (HR generalist, HR manager, HR administration)in international company (up to 200 employees)
  • University degree (economical degree, further psychological education)
