Sales Director

Our client is an international financial company with app 120 employees.

The role:

  • Guarantees fulfilment of business targets of Sales department such as new business, profitability, additional services and retention of customers.
  • Focuses on driving profitable, sustainable growth in the company
  • Creates opportunities for developing unique, value-added solutions and services, across the company portfolio.

Main Tasks:

Management:

  • Direct reports of 6-8 persons, total department (retail, fleet, corporate, remarketing) up to 25 employees + Management of External Key Account Management team
  • Review process management and digitalisation

Budget, Business plan:

  • Setup and review of business goals for the company (with Controlling department)
  • Fleet acquisition and account management
  • Business development activity (new business channel)

Monitoring:

  • Regular monitoring of business goals fulfilment in regions
  • Definition of measures to improve performance in defined regions or customer segments
  • Analysing of current market status and performance of dealers

Strategy:

  • Setup and implementation of business strategy for the Sales department
  • Proposals and implementation of measures to fulfil Sales KPIs
  • Brand Management & Campaign management
  • Preparation of PR communication
  • Cooperation with Brands to target new customer segments and definition of measures to attract them
  • Restructuring of the sales department and sales channels

Place of work: Bratislava

Salary: from 5000 EUR gross monthly + bonuses

Languages: English- excellent writing and presentation skills

Others Experience and qualifications:

  • A proven track record of 4-5 years in people management
  • University degree
  • Proven experience in the field of leasing, corporate finance or insurance
  • Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues
  • A very good knowledge of financial services and the ability to successfully match them with the company’s needs
  • Ability to understand market trends
