Senior Project Procurement Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure achievement of defined objectives and KPIs incl. delivery of savings targets
  • Operate performance management system
  • Contribute to target and KPI definition as well as cascading for project procurement
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on target achievement based on KPIs
  • Select lead, develop, evaluate and promote assigned staff
  • Contribute to provision of project requirements and data for strategy development; participate in cross-functional category working groups; align with project stakeholder
  • Contribute to monitoring of market developments, innovations and technology trends
  • Implement activities from category strategy
  • Contribute to creation and maintenance of annual procurement plan in alignment with project manager and category manager
  • Contribute to strategic supplier partnering
  • Represent escalation level for incidents
  • Accountable procurement deliverables of projects along group gate process
  • Prepare and participate in stage gate reviews
  • Drive project tender preparation, negotiation and contracting
  • Prepare and participate in evaluation committees based on value limits
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Actively develops and maintains closer collaboration with other department members in/outside of Procurement based on the area of expertise

Basic wage component
4.000 EUR monthly, the final salary amount will be defined based on experience and seniority.

Education: University (MA/MSc), College (BA/BSc) in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law
Language: English (C1 –advance)
