Senior Talent Sourcer

Overall responsibility for a recruitment activity in the company.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter, someone who is familiar with the challenges and able to design and manage all recruiting and interview processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for whole Recruitment HR agenda
  • Selection of recruitment channels, advertisement, social media, screening, reviewing a CV, interviewing, etc.
  • Search and selection of suitable talents
  • Recruitment & adaptation process - managing talent, monitoring of talent development
  • Responsibility for HR Control processes and compliance
  • Oversee the utilization of standard processes to select candidates best aligned with the Organization culture, values and job requirements, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with management in all HR recruitment activities
  • Responsible for HR administration, preparation of employment contracts, exits, cooperation with the economic department
  • Work with a database of candidates
  • Monitoring of on-boarding process

Requirements:

  • University degree-– Human resources, Psychology or Economics
  • Experience in HR recruitment for min. 4 years (pr preferably in technical-construction area)
  • Knowledge of social networks/digital recruitment, LinkedIn preferred and ability to source profiles in an innovative way
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with functional leaders and ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Communicative, dynamic, very well organized person
  • Driving license

Salary: from 2000 EUR/month based on skills, knowledge and experience + bonuses
