SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Planning, executing, and completing projects within specified deadlines and budgets, including coordinating resources, team member efforts, and third parties to deliver projects within agreed scope and desired quality
• Managing large and complex corporate projects with local and international reach
• Utilizing established practices, techniques, and industry standards throughout project execution
• Defining project's basic parameters and goals, monitoring project status, and taking necessary steps to mitigate project risks
• Measuring project performance and identifying areas for improvement (early identification and control)
• Monitoring progress compared to individual stage plans
• Creating project statuses, reports, lessons learned, and project closure reports
• Managing project documentation in accordance with internal guidelines
• Taking responsibility for the successful implementation of assigned projects in terms of content, timing, and budget
• Presenting project intentions
• Performing other process and project-oriented tasks to support the department
• Communicating with external partners

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven track record of project and program management of a minimum of 4 years
• Hands-on experience with planning, budgeting, and controlling medium-sized projects with business and IT
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive management, understanding both business and IT processes and organizations
• Preferably, experience in the financial industry
• Self-motivated and committed, well-organized, diligent, highly results-oriented
• Fluent in spoken and written English
