PROJECT/SALES Manager

We are seeking a candidate with:
- Good negotiation skills and familiarity with sales and business development.
- Capability to lead a project from A to Z, coordinating project participants.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Active proficiency in English, Chinese, and Hungarian languages.
Responsibilities include:
- Acquiring potential business partners in the Hungarian market.
- Approaching, searching, offering cooperation, and organizing meetings with potential business partners.
- Organizing meetings with potential business partners.
- Responsibility for ensuring new processes, products, and services in the Hungarian market.
- Monitoring market development trend indicators.
- Cooperation in finding competitive advantages, identifying new opportunities.
- Control mechanisms to maintain the company's reliable and smooth operation according to the strategy and assigned tasks.
- Communication with customers in the assigned area.
- Collaboration with departments and department managers in project coordination.
- Communication and reporting of results to the parent company.
Requirements for the position:
- University education
- Previous experience in a similar position (business development)
- Flexible, independent, responsible, with a proactive approach
- Fluent English, Chinese, and Hungarian
Salary: app 2,000 EUR/monthly
