Sales&Project Engineer

As a Sales and Project Engineer, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth by managing the complete sales and project cycle — from the first customer interaction to project delivery. Acting as a vital link between clients and internal teams, you will ensure that technical solutions meet customer needs and are delivered with precision and professionalism.
You will work closely with departments across the company — including product development, production, logistics, quality, and finance — while managing a portfolio of B2B clients, primarily in the Telecom and Datacom sectors within the European market. With 99% of production exported, excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Preparing competitive pricing proposals and leading commercial negotiations
• Collaborating with product management on new product designs and modifications
• Recording sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
• Discussing client forecasts, logistics plans, pricing, payment terms, and contracts
• Coordinating with the quality department on customer claims and notifications
• Supporting marketing initiatives — product catalogues, technical sheets, presentations, web content
• Organizing and attending international trade fairs and industry events
• Analyzing leads, projects, and sales performance metrics
• Reporting regularly to the Sales Manager
• University degree in a technical field
• Residence in Slovakia
• English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
• Confidence in reaching out to new clients and managing relationships
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of the Telecom/Datacom industry is highly valued
